Subscription & Billing Terms
Plans, the free trial, renewals, cancellation and what happens when access lapses.
Current launch state
Paid checkout is not enabled in the current app version. Subscriptions can’t be purchased in-app today, and no payment details are collected. Payment and subscription availability may depend on the app version, your region and the distribution channel. These terms describe the plan structure that exists now and how billing will operate when checkout is activated.
1. Plans and trial
Bottle Flow offers Starter, Growth and Pro plans, listed in-app with their limits (such as team size and number of factories/units). New organisations receive a free trial (currently 14 days) with no payment method required. Plan limits are enforced by the service itself. See Pricing.
2. What happens at trial end
If you don’t subscribe when your trial ends, the app stops accepting new business records. Everything you entered remains readable, and nothing is deleted.
3. Payment
When paid subscriptions are activated, they will be billed through a payment provider on a recurring basis for the period shown in-app at the time of purchase. Payment confirmation comes from the provider; the app reflects a subscription as active once the provider confirms it. Card and bank details go to the payment provider directly, not to our servers.
4. Renewal and failed payments
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. After a failed renewal we retain your access for a grace period and show billing warnings in-app; if payment isn’t resolved, access becomes read-only until it is.
5. Cancellation
Owners can cancel in-app at any time. Access continues until the end of the already-paid period (or trial end, for trials), and no further renewals are charged. See the Refund Policy.
6. Access after expiry or cancellation
When access lapses for any reason, your organisation’s records stay readable and are never deleted because of the lapse. Recording new activity resumes when an active subscription or trial is restored.
7. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect per the provider’s subscription cycle once checkout is active. Plan limits (for example team size and product count) are enforced by the service at all times.
8. Taxes
To be completed: whether displayed prices include or exclude GST: finalise with accounting
9. Price changes
To be completed: notice period for price changes: legal review
