For the production floor
Water bottle manufacturing software built around the production floor
A bottling line runs on raw material coming in, a run going out, and the two needing to add up. Bottle Flow connects those three so a production entry updates stock on its own, instead of someone working out preform and cap consumption on a calculator afterwards.
- The consumption math disappears
- Every product is set up once with its bottles-per-case and the bottle and cap material it uses. From then on, a production entry of cases produced and rejections is enough. Bottle Flow deducts the right raw material quantities itself.
- Rejections stay on record
- Rejected empty and rejected capped bottles are their own fields on the production entry, so a run’s real yield is recorded rather than absorbed into the accepted count.
- Stock is a number, not a walk to the yard
- Raw material stock and finished case stock update from purchases, production and dispatched sales, with a low-stock threshold you set per material.

Before you decide.
Does the software calculate how many preforms and caps a production run used?
Yes. Each product carries its bottles-per-case and the bottle and cap material it consumes, set up once. A production entry of cases and rejections is enough; the material deduction is automatic.
What pack sizes can I track?
Standard pack sizes from 250 ml through 20 L jars are available at setup, or you can add your own. Each carries its own bottles-per-case and material links.
How do stock levels update after a production run?
Automatically. Production consumes the bottle and cap materials for the cases and loose bottles recorded, and adds the accepted output to finished case stock, in the same posted entry.
