Trials, renewals and lapses
This is the part most owners want in writing before they start entering a year of records, so it is stated on the pricing page rather than buried in the terms.

Recording new activity pauses. Everything you already entered stays readable, and nothing is deleted.
You keep working through a grace period with a warning in the app. Access becomes read-only only if it is not resolved.
Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. No further renewals are charged.
Questions
Posted transactions are permanent ledger entries. To undo one, open it and use Cancel: the stock and balance impact is reversed, and the cancellation stays in the history. This protects your books from silent edits.
Your data stays safe and readable, but recording new activity pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is ever deleted when a subscription lapses.
Automatically. Purchases add raw material, production consumes materials and adds finished cases, and dispatched sales reduce finished stock. Opening stock is set when you create a material and can’t be edited afterwards.
Managers record day-to-day activity and manage master data, but not billing or team changes. Gate users only view what they need at the gate. Only Owners manage billing, team and settings.
Invitations expire after a few days, and every plan has a team-size limit. Check Team & Access for the invitation status and your plan’s limit.
