Inventory management for raw materials and finished stock
Preforms, caps, labels, film, cartons and finished cases live in one inventory, not a separate register for each. Every purchase, production run and dispatched sale moves the same figures, so what the screen shows is what a walk to the yard would confirm.

About inventory management.
How do stock levels update in Bottle Flow?
Automatically. Purchases add raw material, production consumes materials and adds finished cases, and dispatched sales reduce finished stock. Opening stock is set once when a material is created and can’t be edited afterwards.
Can I set a different low-stock threshold for each material?
Yes. Every material carries its own threshold, so a low-stock flag reflects what actually matters for that item rather than one rule applied everywhere.
