Reports built from what was actually posted
The dashboard covers today. Reports cover today, this week or this month, across production, purchases, sales, collections, outstanding and low stock. Every figure is drawn from posted transactions, so the number on the dashboard is the same number in the report and the same number in the export.
- Today’s dashboard
- Cases produced, bottles packed, sales, collections, money to collect and money to pay, plus how many cases current stock could still produce.
- Period reports
- The same categories summarised for today, this week or this month, so a weekly or monthly review doesn’t require rebuilding the numbers by hand.
- Trends and rankings
- A seven-day sales trend, and top customers and top products over thirty days, available on the Growth and Pro plans.
- CSV export
- Sales, purchases and payments for a selected range, exported including cancelled and reversed records with their status shown.
Questions
About reports.
Do dashboard and report totals include cancelled sales or reversed payments?
No. The dashboard and period reports are built only from posted, active transactions, so a cancelled sale or a reversed payment doesn’t inflate a total. The CSV export is different: it includes cancelled and reversed records too, each labelled with its status, for when the complete history is what’s needed rather than just the net figures.
Can I export my sales and purchase data out of Bottle Flow?
Yes. Sales, purchases and payments can be exported as CSV for a selected date range, on the Growth and Pro plans.
