Feature
Team access, decided by role rather than by trust alone
Three roles cover how a plant actually runs. An Owner sees and controls everything. A Manager runs daily operations without touching billing or the team. A Gate user sees only the dashboard, sales and stock, nothing else, which is exactly what someone checking dispatch at the gate needs and nothing more.
- Owner
- Everything, including billing, team management, organisation settings and cancellations.
- Manager
- Full daily operations: purchases, production, sales, payments, master data and reports. Not billing, and not team changes.
- Gate
- A deliberately narrow role: the dashboard, sales and stock. Nothing else is even shown to them.
- Activity history
- Cancellations and reversals are recorded with who made them, so a corrected entry can be explained rather than just noticed.
Questions
About team & role access.
What can Managers and Gate users do?
Managers record day-to-day activity and manage master data, but not billing or team changes. Gate users only view what they need at the gate. Only Owners manage billing, team and settings.
Why is a team member unable to join?
Invitations expire after a few days, and every plan has a team-size limit. Check Team & Access for the invitation status and your plan’s limit.
